We offer a satisfaction guaranteed return policy. When possible, most items are inspected to insure quality before being shipped to you. A satisfied customer is a repeat customer and has driven our business to where we are today.

Some of our products must be returned to the manufacturer. Should that be the case, we will provide you with contact information for that company. Though rare, we realize you may receive a defective item and we will make it right. Just let us know. Items that have been obviously abused or misused will not be refunded or returned.
